About the Project

This one year grant supports the implementation of the COPE program which will train women of color living with HIV/AIDS to be peer educators. Once trained about the risk factors for HIV/AIDS and how to reduce these risks, the peer educators will then share this information with at-risk women in their communities who are very difficult to reach.
