About the Project

This project included a planning phase for the Claremont Village Women and Families Health Initiative. The goal was to work with residents and other stakeholders to assess the need for and design of a health education programs in Claremont. Based on the results of this assessment, the next phase will pilot and evaluate two community-based health education programs for vulnerable youth and families. One of the programs will piloted in partnership with the Butler/Webster Community Center and the other with the Crotona Inn Family Shelter.
