About the Project

The purpose this grant is support a fledgling collaborative project among Brooklyn organizations that are focused on HIV/AIDS. The project is designed to more effectively collect and disseminate data in order to increase the effectiveness of outreach activities centered on testing, counseling and linkage to care. The ultimate goal is to identify and link to care the estimated 1 in 4 people who are HIV+ in Brooklyn.
